50% deposit with order – balance due prior to shipping.  The amount due to AAA Patterns & Marking Services for Your Account must be paid in full by Your Payment Method Provider on the date such payment is requested by AAA Patterns & Marking Services, you are not entitled to carry forward a balance.

You agree to pay late charges that may be assessed by AAA Patterns & Marking Services on amounts due but not timely paid. The late charge will be 1.5% per month (or 18% per annum) on the total amount due but not paid. AAA Patterns & Marking Services reserves the right to refer Your Account to a third party for collection in the event of default. You agree to pay all costs incurred in the enforcement of these Terms and in collection of any delinquent amounts due, including reasonable attorneys' fees and costs.

If AAA Patterns & Marking Services does not receive payment for any charge to Your Account, you will be in default and AAA Patterns & Marking Services may suspend or cancel Your Account and Your access to any or all AAA Patterns & Marking Services Products.  If Your Payment Method Provider seeks return of payments previously made to AAA Patterns & Marking Services, but AAA Patterns & Marking Services in good faith believes that you are liable for the charge and applicable law allows the Payment Method Provider to seek payment from you, you will also be in default and AAA Patterns & Marking Services may cancel Your Account and Your access to any or all Products. CANCELLATION OR SUSPENSION FOR DEFAULT MAY BE MADE WITHOUT PRIOR NOTICE TO YOU AND UPON SUCH CANCELLATION OR SUSPENSION, AAA Patterns & Marking Services MAY STOP DELIVERY OF ANY PRODUCT, AND ANY INFORMATION YOU HAVE STORED ON A AAA Patterns & Marking Services SERVICE MAY NOT BE RETRIEVED AT A LATER DATE.

Returned checks will have a $25.00 bank fee charged to the account.

We now can accept Credit Cards Through PayPal, all Credit Card Payments will include a Merchant Fee .

*Please note that American Express has decided to decline credit card transactions in which an American Express Corporate Card is used with PayPal. At this time, attempts to register or use an American Express Corporate Card in conjunction with PayPal will be declined.
