Our Mission

To provide you with accurate Pattern making, grading, marker making, plotting and sample making services, customized to your needs.  Computerizing your pattern making and grading functions will standardize your pattern fit and sizing, and enable us to create cost efficient markers for cutting, which in the end will save you time and money. 

Company Profile

Our patternmaker Michael Smith has twenty-two years experience in all phases of apparel pattern making and garment construction.   Michael began as an apprentice patternmaker with a large apparel manufacturer of woven dress and sport shirts in 1988.  He learned his skills under the guidance of a graduate of the Fashion Institute of Technology.  For several years he studied pattern drafting by hand and manual pattern grading.

With the new found computer demands in the industry, Michael decided to increase his knowledge of computers and returned to school.  He completed his Associate's degree in Computer Information Science in November of 1996.  In 1997 he made the decision to leave the company and attend school fulltime where he earned a Bachelor's degree in Computer Information Science in June of 1998.

During the time at school Michael was presented an opportunity, when he was offered a position as head patternmaker for a large manufacturer of healthcare products (Patient Gowns, Scrub pants & shirts, Sheets, pillow cases, Surgical Gowns and Drapes, ETC.).  This was where he made the switch to the Gerber AccuMark System.  During the next four years he was responsible for all pattern making, pattern grading and production concerns.
